"Amanat Credit" is a commercial organization established in 2006 on the initiative of private investors. The company successfully rebranded and was renamed from MCC "FNT Credit" to MCC "Amanat Credit" in December 2018.

Since its formation, the company has been showing dynamic growth, ensuring the successful implementation of strategic business plans for all key target financial indicators.

Chynara has been working in the investment company CJSC "FNT Asset Management" as a Director of the company since 2009.

    She has extensive experience in international projects:
  • - European Union Project TACIS "Investment Programming at the regional level", Program specialist;
  • - ADB Project "Improving Legislation to attract Foreign Direct Investment" under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Assistant to the Project Manager/Assistant to the International Consultant;
  • - Project of German Development Cooperation (GTZ) and JSC "First National Trust" for the development of the business environment, analyst/researcher;
  • - European Union project TACIS "Support of the Center for Economic and Social Reforms" under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, editor/program specialist;
  • - European Union project TACIS "Improving legislation to attract foreign direct investment", coordinator of the component "Financial viability of the Kyrgyz Electric Power sector".

Currently, she is a member of the Working Group under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the development of legislation in the field of trust management of pension savings of Insured citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Gulnara has 20 years of experience in project management in the areas of agricultural development, infrastructure development and financing. Participated in many projects as a consultant and project manager, which were implemented by international financial institutions (World Bank, EU, USAID, ADB, EBRD).

She has been one of the co-founders of FNT Consultants and works as CEO since 2007. She also holds the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board in the Financial Fund BT Innovations, which provides financing for investment projects in the form of capital contributions and loans, as well as providing leasing and other financial products.

    Among the international projects are:
  • - EBRD Project "Rehabilitation of water supply and sewerage in Bishkek", Phase II. Corporate Development and Support Program";
  • - ADB project "Regional development of Issyk-Kul region: component of information, training and consulting";
  • - Research for the EBRD "Analysis of the development of transport and economic corridors in Central Asia "World Bank Project on Debt resolution of cotton-growing farms in Tajikistan;
  • - ADB's project to support the development of industrial parks in the countries of Central Asian Economic Cooperation, as well as the UK government's project to develop a draft Strategy for the development of economic Zones in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2021-2030;
  • - Project “Support for a sustainable agricultural lending service”; - A project to increase individual incomes and improve living standards in Khatlon region, Tajikistan and others.

The projects had a geographical scope, including not only Kyrgyzstan, but also Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries.

Gulnara Zhoroevna has more than 23 years of experience in the banking system. She worked as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at the State Mortgage Company from 2015 to 2019, worked at banks as Rosinbank from 2013 to 2015, Zalkar Bank from 2011 to 2013. She was Deputy Conservator of AsiaUniversalBank in 2010.

She was a member of the working group in the Agency for Bank Reorganization and Debt Restructuring at the National bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in November and December 2010. In the period from 2000 to 2008, she held the leading positions of IT departments in Commercial Bank Kyrgyzstan, Russian-Kyrgyz Amanbank, Aiyl Bank, Kyrgyz Agricultural Finance Corporation, where modern automated banking systems were successfully implemented under her management. She worked as a consultant on information systems of Bank Center Credit (Kazakhstan) in 2009.

She worked as a member of the Board of Directors of the Interbank Processing Center from 2010 to 2015, and as a member of the Board of Directors of BTA Bank in 2019.

She has certificates "Risk Management ISO 31000:2018, International training company Cert Academy", on the basics of corporate governance of the Association of Corporate Directors and mortgage securities and secuterization of Cbonds-congress, etc.

Emil Satarovich is the founder of Kyrgyz Concept, a company that has been actively developing for 30 years in the field of tourism.

He also worked in government agencies. He held the position of Head of the State Protocol in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in 1995 and 1996, The position of the Minister of Economic Regulation in 2010 and 2011.

He is an investor and member of the advisory committee of Highland Private Equity and Mezzanine Fund, owner of Silk Road Sea Towers Batumi Apart Hotel, arbitrator of the International Arbitration Court, trustee of the International University in Central Asia. He is also the founder and member of the Advisory Board of Bishkek International School.

He has the following awards: the Award of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic for contribution to the development of tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic (2019); The Best tour operator of the Year according to the State Agency for Tourism under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (2007); Entrepreneur of the Year (2005); Certificate of Honor of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic (2003); Certificate of Honor of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic for merits in the development of tourism in Kyrgyzstan (2002); Diploma of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR (1980)

He graduated the Kyrgyz State University - Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics in 1980. He also completed short-term courses in marketing, management and business in the Kyrgyz Republic, Japan, USA and other European cities.

Turatbek Galiyarovich founder and CEO of large and successful companies in the Kyrgyz Republic CJSC "Atalyk Group", LLC "Agro-industrial complex ElDan Atalyk" and LLC "Breeding poultry plant THREE T". Expert on the introduction of innovative technologies in the field of agriculture and processing industry.

He has been Chairman of the Management Board of the Association for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex since 2019.

He graduated the Kyrgyz Technical University - specialty "Engineer physicist" in 1993, then he graduated the Schleswig-Holstein Academy of Economics in Germany under the program "Retraining of agricultural managers" in 2011.

He is an Honored worker of agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, he has the awards of "High achiever in Agriculture", "High achiever of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic". He was awarded the nomination "Honorary Citizen of Novopokrovka village" in 2009. He became the winner of the "Man of the Year" competition held by the government newspaper "Erkin-Too" in 2018, and the company "APK "Eldan Atalyk", headed by him, was awarded the "Dank" medal in 2016.

Turatbek Galiyarovich also has athletic achievements in Aikido. He is the owner of a 2 dan Black Belt. He participated and improved his qualifications at the Kuribayashi Takanori seminar (6 dan), Baku, Azerbaijan in 2011, at the Aikido Congress in Japan, Tokyo in 2012.

• Omurzakova Gulzara Makeshovna, Executive Director

She has extensive experience in the banking and microfinance sector. She began her career at State Bank in Frunze in 1983. Then she moved to the State Bank in 1989, which was transformed into the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in 1992. Until 1997, she worked as a Leading and Chief Economist in the divisions of the National Bank. From 1997 to 2004, she worked as a Financial Manager, Deputy Executive Director at the Kyrgyz Agricultural Finance Corporation, which implemented a joint project of the World Bank and of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the development of financing in rural areas. She also was a conservator of AsiaUniversalBank in 2010.

She headed the Banking Supervision Unit as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2004-2005. Working at the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, she participated in projects significant for the country, in the early 90s she was a member of the working group on the development of the Kyrgyz national currency. In early 2005, she organized work on the development of the first strategic plan for the development of the microfinance sector in the Kyrgyz Republic..

She was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Certificate of Honor of the Board of Directors of the MCC "Amanat Credit", and also has the honorary title of the Association of Microfinance Organizations - "Excellence in Microfinance".

• Niyazbaev Chyngyz Aipovich, Credit Manager

Has more than 16 years of experience in the microfinance sector. He started his career in 2005 as a Loan Officer at the Kyrgyz Agricultural Finance Corporation. Since 2006, he has been working at MCC "FNT Credit" (MCC "Amanat Credit") worked on the positions of: Loan Officer, Senior Loan Officer, Chief Loan Officer, and since 2017 has been a Credit Manager. The Board of Directors of the Company awarded him by the Certificate of Honor for many years of conscientious work, and also the Association of Microfinance Organizations awarded him by the Letter of Gratitude for professionalism and active participation in the development of the microfinance organization. Chyngyz, successfully expands and develops the regional network of the Company, develops and promotes credit products, implements modern digital technologies, managed the working group which implemented a new automated database system in the Company. He also took part in the international microfinance forum in Istanbul.

In 2005 she graduated the Kyrgyz National University with specialization in Finance and Credit. She began her career in 2002 in the accounting department of the Institute of Targeted Training and more than 15 years she has been working at MCC "Amanat Credit" (formerly MCC "FNT - Credit").

She has additional certificates: "Income tax under the Tax Code and income tax", "Tax liabilities for profits", "Tax Code 2009: peculiarities of taxation of microcredit organizations", "New Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic", "Accounting for credit transactions" , "HR administration", "Organization of office work in the company." She also successfully completed trainings and seminars covering various aspects of financial activities.

Nurgul is a professional accountant, who is competent in banking and tax laws. A high degree of professional skills allows her to make a high-quality financial analysis of the organization's activities. She can use the necessary financial analysis and accounting management tools, and also has good administrative skills.

• Tetevina Irina Georgievna, Risk manager

Has 27 years of experience in the banking sector. From 1994 to 1997, then from 2002 to 2007 she worked at the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Information Systems Department, in the Currency Department, in the Payment Systems Department, in the Bank Settlements Department in positions from leading programmer to head of department. She was the Head of the project group who worked on the creation and development of the Batch Clearing System.

From 1997 to 2002 she worked as the head of the Information Systems Department at the Kyrgyz Agricultural Financial Corporation. In 2008, she got the position of Head of the Automation Department of OJSC KR Aman Bank, then she moved to OJSC Aiyl Bank and worked there from August 2008 to February 2021 as a leading auditor and chief specialist in the Methodology Department.

• Baitoroev Daniyar Saparbekovich, Development Manager

In 2005 he graduated school #6 with a gold medal and then entered the Kyrgyz-European faculty of the Kyrgyz National University, where in 2010 he graduated with a master’s degree and was among the top ten in the ranking among the students of the course. He speaks fluent in English and French. In 2017, he studied Mini MBA at the Kyrgyz-Japanese Center for Human Development (KRJC) and at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), where he won and continued his further study in Japan.

In 2010, he began his career in the microfinance sector, as a coordinator of the American socially oriented loan project KIVA at MCC Mol Bulak, and he also worked on the positions of operational manager and internal auditor. She has been working for Amanat Credit since 2014, he prepares and implements training programs for the Company's employees. Daniyar is a certified master trainer in financial literacy. Within the the project of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and GIZ (German Society for International Cooperation) to improve the financial literacy of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic, he prepares financial literacy trainers in order to train the borrowers of the Company. Since 2016, he has been the coordinator of the socially-oriented project of IFC to improve housing conditions, within which Amanat Credit is one of the leading and successful partners. Daniyar actively works on attracting investments, in order to attract international green financing to the Company, he takes part in different projects to develop and promote Green Loans.
